Retail Associate

At TJ Maxx, I worked as a retail associate where I developed strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced retail environment. I assisted customers with purchases, returns, and product inquiries while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. My responsibilities included operating the cash register, restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and helping with loss prevention efforts. I regularly collaborated with team members to meet store goals and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
Through this role, I strengthened my multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, especially during high-traffic hours and seasonal sales. I also learned how to adapt to various customer personalities and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
